Timivra Terms of Service

Welcome to Timivra. By accessing or using Timivra (Free or Basic or Pro), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Services Provided

Timivra provides productivity and self-management tools including habit tracking, focus timers, flashcards, customizable timetables, academic tracking, mood tracking, motivational tools, note-taking features, productivity analytics, and dashboard customization systems.

• Basic: Paid features including habit tracking, partially customizable timers, notes, and motivational quotes.
• Pro: Paid features including fully customizable timers, more custom themes, memory match game, unlimited flashcards, unlimited notes, customizable weekly timetable and motivational quotes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 10 years old; users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You must not have been previously banned for violating these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activity occurring under their account.
• Use the app for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Do not copy, modify, sell, or exploit Timivra in anyway possible.
• Users must not attempt to interfere with platform security, exploit vulnerabilities, access unauthorized data, or disrupt platform functionality.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Refunds are only issued when legally required or explicitly promised.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and documentation are owned by Timivra Technologies. Do not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without our (Timivra) permission.

6. Termination

Timivra may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account anytime; deletion is permanent after 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

Timivra is provided “as is.” No guarantee of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results is implied. Features, tools, and synced services may evolve, change, or be temporarily unavailable during updates, maintenance, or infrastructure improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Timivra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
